📝 Description
In this PR I'm upgrading the CHT solver to use the geometry-based I/O by means of modelers. Note that this involves using the changes introduced in #12794. Besides, I took the chance to remove some deprecation warnings.
EDIT: @jginternational once we merge this we can go on with the changes in the GUI.
