Tori/reference schematics (#12)

* copied over schematic files from brad and started writing reference files

* wrote the rest of the hardware files

* added pinout to reference

* removed extra spaces

* fixed incorrect board connector

* trying to fix linked file view

* want regular links instead of inline links

* corrected schematic file and description

* trying to get a link to work... any link

* got rid of spaces in filenames

* removed extra files

* only reference with two files, so made them into a list

* moved board name to tag

* cleaned up file path name
