Floating v1.X Release

This "v1" tag will follow the latest release of the "v1" branch. When a new v1.X.X release is cut, this tag will float forward. If you'd prefer to ping to a particular code version, please use the v1.X.X tag or pin to a specific commit.

v1.0.0 Initial Minor Release

This minor version tag will not move forward (like the v1 major version tag will), and will remain static. This is the initial release of this tool in the public marketplace.
