PR Summary

This PR adds the following newly developed or maintained packages to the AOC project repositories:

Newly Developed Packages

• aoc_calibration: Calibration tools for the AOC project.
• aoc_distro: AOC-specific distribution setup.
• aoc_hri_ros2_pkg: Human-Robot Interaction components for the AOC project.
• aoc_safety: Safety-critical functionalities for AOC systems.
• autonomy_metrics_logger: Logger for autonomy performance metrics.
• franka_arm_ros2: ROS 2 package for controlling Franka arm robots.
• fruit_detector: Fruit detection capabilities for agriculture-focused tasks.
• pcl_density_estimator: Point cloud density estimation.
• ros2_topic_monitor: Monitoring tool for ROS 2 topics.
• scans_merger: Tool for merging multiple scan datasets.
• viewpoint_generator: Generator for optimal viewpoints in 3D environments.

Newly Maintained Packages

• moveit2_commander_recorder: Maintained support for MoveIt 2 command recording tools.
• ros2_zed_multi_camera: ZED multi-camera support in ROS 2.
• SegmentAnything3D: 3D segmentation tools based on the Segment Anything model.
• ultralytics_ros: Integration of Ultralytics models with ROS 2.

Modifications

No existing packages were removed or deprecated. All added packages are in active development or maintenance to enhance functionality and support within the AOC project.
