Battenberg-env-fix

This PR fixes the battenberg-1.1 conda environment and restores the missing cancerit-allelecount package.

To test this env, add the following lines to the gamblr src/snakemake/run_battenberg.smk script, replacing the include line:

config["lcr-modules"]["_shared"]["lcr-modules"] = "/home/lhilton/repos/lcr-modules"
include: "/home/lhilton/repos/lcr-modules/modules/battenberg/1.1/battenberg.smk"

It should activate this existing conda env: ../../../../rmorin_scratch/conda_environments/dbcc4835d648885d9fb3ed68ef986bd2_
