The utils contracts and the IncredibleSquaringDeployer were taken from (incredible squaring avs in rust) https://github.com/Layr-Labs/incredible-squaring-avs-rs/tree/master/contracts/script

Motivation
The motivation is to upgrade the version of eigenlayer and middleware contracts up to rewardsv2 release. This is WIP, since solc compilation is currently failing in the deploy contracts because of integration with the new versioned ones.
