Hotseat 1.0.0

- Increment version to 1.0.0 as the first version of Hotseat that is supported for ITB advanced edition.
- Increment lowest supported mod loader version as the first mod loader version that had integrated extensions. A higher version is probably required, but we need at the very least this version.
