Minimal working REST prototype.
Supports
- log operations including projects,
- load of csv file,
- billable hours for selected projet,
- maximum amount of people working on selected project on selected day
doesn't handle dulicate db entries by itself, but contains delete operation for manual handling
doesn't handle timezone issues
minimalistic check for validity of entered data
html provided only for a bit more comfortable testing.
