Posix Compliance Update!

This took way longer than I thought it would, but it's finally here. Still un(formally)tested so bear with me on the bugs and make reports when you can. This releases changes are consistent with those described in the README. From here on, any added features will be described in this release changelog system. Stay tuned!

If you see a warning from Github that its isn't production ready, that's because it's still untested If you'd like to help feel free to make a PR so this can be production ready!

I just realized I also forgot to add the hash validation to the build script. So I'll brb with another prerelease containing that!
