Testdate: 12.10.2023
Browser: ff
Version: Dataverse v. 5.14
User: admin

Action: Upload file -> add path -> save -> “publish dataset” -> start page data set -> "Tree" ->

“Update current version (will permanently overwrite the latest published version) “

Observation: -> start page data set -> "Tree" -> added file is not available anymore

Expected result: Once the file is added to the path, it stays in the given structure (see functionality Publish data set -> "Minor release" and "Major Release"

Discussion MH and CH: This issue is only relevant for "admin" role - therefore no urgent need for action.
