ADDIS 2.x core
Make sure the SASS and Bower submodules are present:
git submodule init
git submodule update
Make sure you've run make in the src/main/webapp/resources directory first to generate the CSS.
Make sure you have the bower components needen by running bower install from the root of the repository
Set up the database:
sudo -u postgres psql -c "CREATE USER addiscore WITH PASSWORD 'develop'"
sudo -u postgres psql -c "CREATE DATABASE addiscore ENCODING 'utf-8' OWNER addiscore"
Set up the environment:
(NB: the Patavi URI assumes caching of patavi results via addis. If that is not desired omit /staged/)

Run the Tomcat server (using the exact version of the plugin for which the system properties have been configured):
mvn org.apache.tomcat.maven:tomcat7-maven-plugin:2.2:run
To run integration tests:
mvn test -Dtest=*IT
