Proposed Changes
(Describe your changes here. Also describe the motivation for your changes: what problem do they solve, or how do they improve the application or codebase? If this pull request fixes an open issue, use a keyword to link this pull request to the issue.)
This PR replaces our dependency on moment.js with the significantly smaller dayjs library. I also refactored the
PeriodDeltaChain
class, which was the primary user of this library, to move it into the webpack compilation. This removed the need for us to makedayjs
available globally (thoughPeriodDeltaChain
still needs to be global).The
localize_date.js
file was unused, and removed. Thei18n_config.js
file was merged intoapplication_webpack.js
.Screenshots of your changes (if applicable)
