feat: USB C adapter (#1)

* Create YubikeyAdapter.FCStd * Add covers and connector * Adjust connector height to top cover height * Combine top and bottom cover, align connector cover to main cover * Add hole cutouts * Widen cover, extend connector * Widen inner dimensions, make holes bigger * Fix mock positions * Adjust keyring hole position and diameter * Add pictures, update readme
