The installation process is pretty easy.

Download the latest release of the Server Remote Console
Extract the compressed directory
Open Filezilla (or your personal FTP client), access to your website via FTP and move the extracted directory there.
Open the browser, type http://your-domain.com/Server-Remote-Console-Path/install.php
Follow the installation wizard and read carefully each part.
And you're ... done!

If you get any type of error, please feel free to report issues in the github project or in the official thread (sa-mp forum).
