A brief introduction to interactive plotting with plotly.py
To run the tutorial:
git clone [email protected]:MayroseLab/intro_to_plotly.git
cd intro_to_plotly
conda env create -f env.yml
Then run jupyterlab and load the notebook intro_to_plotly.ipynb.
