Classical Extras Release 0.9.1

Classical Extras provides tagging enhancements for artists/performers and, in particular, utilises MB’s hierarchy of works to provide work/movement tags. All options are set through a user interface in Picard options->plugins.
While it is designed to cater for the complexities of classical music tagging, it may also be useful for other music which has more than just basic song/artist/album data.

Install by adding classical_extras.zip to your plugins. There is an extensive readme; please read this before raising queries. Post general queries at https://community.metabrainz.org/t/classical-extras-plugin/300217 or raise issues on github: https://github.com/metabrainz/picard-plugins/issues

This is a full release which has been merged into the main Picard plugins repository (v1).
There have been substantial additions since the last full release (0.7/8) which are fully documented in the readme.
(NB v0.9.1 is a bug fix for v0.9 see metabrainz#144)
