SickRage App for ReadyNAS v2016.03.28-2; (Updating and restart fix)

There were issues where the systemd configuration was not properly shutting down the service downing the restart/shutdown process.
I adjusted the restart part within systemd to better handle the restart (and updates). You will still need to shutdown (or turn off) the service from the admin interface.
