This is an application for manage document not as attachment of resources but open directly on a LAN (or VPN) resource.
The application is Docnaet module and there's also extra elements for integrate this new document concept to other resource (like CRM, Project, Orders etc.)
Note: Modules are currently creted for OpenERP 7.0
