Set SSH access to staging server, and to mysql command line for staging server.
Creating Production DB copy to staging servers.
Asking people to install thier nodejs
Implementing the Pre Sale editor, with export to csv for the current issue.

- Setting the information of the camps members.
- Settings the camp members who having pre sale tickets.
To Create Copy from old events for managers, each manager can do that.
