Completely deploy-able state of panel
Contains following functions:

• Basic factoid creation + editing sorted by databases
• User registration with email verification
• IRC Channel ban management system
• User permission setting

Contains the .sql script to create the initial database.
Requires following:

• Working Mailgun service to use the email system.
• Composer
• PHP 5.5.0+ (recommended is 5.6.0+)
• MySQL/MySQL based database (MariaDB is an example)
