According to https://gtfs-validator-results.mobilitydata.org/e1347a2d-493f-4218-931d-c651ef5554f7/report.html, the new feed is valid.

I think the page returns HTML on the first request, and only returns the ZIP on the second try. Could be there's some cookie that's needed.
