Giving Blueshift robotics adjustments (#3577)

* Robotics autolathe for blueshift

* Give them a morgue also

* Gives the organ fridge and gives a wee bit of roundstart plasteel

There was room for it I couldve just readjust the room and all other robotics get plasteel (Only 20). Good for finishing mechs and can be used raw for a couple recipes should they choose.
