About The Pull Request
This PR adds a new area (Arcade) just next to the duel arena that has all the things needed to play card games and table top games!
I made this so that I could play blackjack when I'm dead.
Why It's Good For The Game
An area dedicated in centcom ghost area for playing card games and table top games.
there is also an ATM here which lets people give eachother monkecoin in an OOC manner since there is no other way to do so.
I'm going to beat Luke in blackjack.
