Adjusts the layout of the TEG from TG-style to Goon-style. Changes the Atmospherics mix to engine pipes from orange to brown. Changes the Atmospherics byproduct pipes to pink. Makes other miscellaneous additions, changes, and fixes.

Adjusts the nanite stuff in the science hallway.
Just realized that I recolored the wrong atmos pipe line.
Forgot to do this in the previous commit. Removed one of the dead body placers in the morgue, should hopefully fix the double stacked body bags in body containers.

Doing fixes for Security Assistant. |
Should add all of the map changes to Box that PR 1662 did.
Adjusts the atmospherics pipes in xenobiology to be connected to the station incase the closed off system somehow fails. Furthermore, the layout of said system has been made more redundant. Changes the various pressurized air tank set ups slightly. Might be temporary. Fixes a potential area issue with the chem factory area. Removes an extra security officer spawn for brig medic.
Adds a disposals system to Xenobiology. Miscellaneous fixes.
