About The Pull Request

Humans gain an entirely new language, Spacer.
Humans now know Spacer and common, and can understand, but not speak, Uncommon.

Why It's Good For The Game

Every other race has a unique language, Humans should have one too.
As for why they now understand uncommon, I didn't want to totally obliterate the language.
Foreigner humans are at a SEVERE disadvantage to foreigners of any other race, with only the curator able to understand them.

This should even the playing field a little.

Changelog

🆑
add: Added Spacer, a human language
balance: Humans can now understand, but not speak, uncommon.

Not entirely sure how I feel about this change given that humans are generally the baseline and how we have the extra language quirk now anyways.

On the other hand, I feel like giving all command staff the Galactic Uncommon language for free in regards to how it's typically easier to get government jobs if you're bilingual. Just makes more sense that way to me that way and offsets the problem you stated in your "why it's good for the game" description.
