About The Pull Request
This PR adds a admin verb, "Kick Player (by ckey)". As the name suggests, it takes a ckey, then kicks them - the same as if you had opened their player panel and clicked "Kick", but without the need to locate their mob.
Why It's Good For The Game
I'm told that this is wanted by the admin team.
