instead of doing this just make a spawner effect, all you need to do is replace this with an if-else on the effects Initialize()

this was jury rigged from the original comms agent spawner code (which has that funky shit effect where it only spawns like 10% of the time)

About The Pull Request
remaps the listening post to not just be a carbon copy of the ""new"" /tg/ post
(subject to change)
this also adds a second comms agent that spawns 10% of the time, the "Anderson" responsible for writing most of the reports: they start blind and with some liver damage, as well as with a knife instead of an esword and an empty bottle of painkillers. there are also robotic eyes lying around in the rock if they want eyes
both get a cham mask so may god be with the station if anderson gets his shit together
they also get an autolathe, single clear PDA, single set of holopad parts, and the box of tongues hidden throughout the asteroid
if someone spawns as anderson without someone else spawning as the backup they get to experience blind comms agent gameplay (fun)

also you set the ruin budget to fuckall so this does away with the random "comms agent no spawn", i can readd it if deemed absolutely necessary in the name of funny ook man

add: We've been picking up radio traffic from a nearby asteroid in the area. It appears the Syndicate has commissioned a new listening station.
