Actually huge change for nanites, the only way to do something similar before was extremely annoying, a great change in my opinion. |

About The Pull Request
Partial port of my own nanite PR from BeeStation/BeeStation-Hornet#9216
It's just dermal button, but it's an on/off switch.
Why It's Good For The Game
Because it's more user friendly and doesn't clog up your UI with action buttons to have a single toggle rather than separate on/off buttons.

add: Added a new nanite program: Dermal Toggle. It's similar to Dermal Button, except it's a toggle, where you provide a code to send when activating, and a different code to send when deactivating.
