About The Pull Request

Removes the proto-kinetic shockwave completely.

Why It's Good For The Game

The proto-kinetic shockwave is a very unbalanced, weapon. It can compress all 8 shots into one tile doing 320 a shot with a recharge time of 2 seconds, allowing you to 8 shot megafauna with 2500 HP some have less than this, with 2 damage upgrades this becomes 6 shots.

Megafauna loot and lavaland loot can get pretty powerful but is somewhat balanced behind some skill and luck. This just completely ignores the skill side allowing you to grab one, walk up to any megafauna basically naked, and kill them in less than 30 seconds.

This gun is also arguably useless in actually mining hence the full removal rather than nerf.

This is my second PR ever, may need to fix any mistakes.
