About The Pull Request

Title, adds medipen refill stations to the medbay lobby to all current rotation stations, and moves the one on void raptor to the medbay lobby

Why It's Good For The Game

This item is currently heavily underused, partially because it's only on voidraptor, and partially cause no one knows these things exist. This will hopefully help this machine get used more, along with making people aware it exists at all.
