About The Pull Request
Fixes an issue with the First Responder Surgical Kit and Satchel Medical Kit that caused them to default to the storage of a standard Duffelbag rather than what was intended. Makes them both use the actual method for defining storage and sets them to what they were originally intended to hold.
Why It's Good For The Game
Bugs are bad. These kits were designed to hold specific things in specific amounts instead functioning like plain duffelbags.
