adds a jukebox beacon to order from cargo for 4000cr (CARGO_CRATE_VALUE * 20), the most expensive service crate for order from cargo now.

We still do not have the capability to order a Jukebox beacon. Sounds to me a feature we should have, so that there is an IC way to acquire JUKEBOX if there's an oopsie with the barkeeps' beacon. |

About The Pull Request
adds a jukebox beacon to order from cargo for 4000cr. allowing a replacement jukebox to be ordered if the original is destroyed or lost
Why It's Good For The Game
if the bartenders jukebox is destroyed, its just gone, and you cant listen to any more music, plus, other people can now get a jukebox to listen to music in their department as well!
