About The Pull Request
Adds a mentor cloak, available to mentors in the loadout menu.
Updates admin cloak with new sprite with a recolorable lizard.
Why It's Good For The Game
New and improved sprite, snake and lizard for the admin mentor dynamic. Could encourage some people to sign up for mentor and also can be used later on for other stuff.
