About The Pull Request
Why It's Good For The Game
New antagonists are always fun to have, this one specifically should be fun to play and be affected by.
In their current state, they might be a bit too powerfull, but they cannot be spawned right now being admin-only and cannot be token-traded (ever) since they are a bit above high threat tokens.
