yes they are basicly maint rats but standing on thier two legs, I have updated the draft to reflect this. |

Can they eat cables, like how moths eat clothes? |
Currently Rattus like to eat/drink Sugar, Milk/Cheese, and Alcohol. I think I will add Gross Food on top of that, we will see? And making it so that they can eat cables sounds funny, i'll see about doing something like that. |

This PR adds a brand new race called the "Rattus", this race is ment to be like a hardmode race as in they are just really hard to play and are very weak in combat, with thier upside being they are small and very fast.
they also like Cheese, Sugar, and Alcohol.
