About The Pull Request

Adds a new roundstart race, the Florans. Taken from Starbound, they are similar to podpeople with a few differences.

1. They heal slower from light, and do not get nutrition
2. They have higher unarmed damage
3. They take more damage from fire
4. They can wear ids and use their pockets without a uniform
5. Can reattach limbs like plants being grafted together (If anyone knows how the IPC limb attaching works HMU)

You really should give them more options to eat that dont disgust them, in lore they aren't obligate carnivores, and some of them are even cannibals so they can at least tolerate plant matter on some level

it'd be even funnier if i took this literally and made it equivalent to alcohol for them

by the way, currently struggling to change the secondary color of my floran's rose. stuck at purple (did not pick) when I want it red.
If being a green floran may have that side effect, it'd be nice for a fix.
