remove turret that wastes processor time shooting at bears adds signs to show where the morgue is.
simple railing fixes.
adds a missing half couch so it doesn't look weird. moves a scrubber 1 single tile so its not buried under other machinery. moves the 2 illegally placed cameras on doors adds a single holopad to the center of the room for the AI's usage.
fixes a ton of bad railings on metastation.
fixes more bad railing on tram station.
added required whitespace between blocks. markers for cc
No further updates to come for Northstar after this commit. The commis being saved for preservation reasons.
due to impending removal of Northstar due to a laundry list of reasons, the comment lines for it are being removed.

About The Pull Request
More map QOL mostly. Added nav functions to CentCom for Intern Ghosts.
As a note, this is my final PR that will touch Northstar as it has been discussed and Northstar shall be removed from rotation due to its LONG list of problems that it has. It is very unfortunate but understandable that Northstar just has to go away. Not just because of a lack of population on average days, but because it runs exceptionally poorly.
Why It's Good For The Game
People like fixes and progress.

add: Icebox now has cryo signs in spots to point towards the room, because its on lower Z level.
fix: Fixed railings on Delta, Meta, Icebox.
