Issue details

copyright_holder variable is an empty string when no extra detail for package are provided.
As a result conf.py and NOTICE contain empty string

@lyashevska Interestingly in the scenario mentioned in #587, conf.py contains issues regarding the package version, but the author name is filled in correctly. I haven't looked into the problem further, but it might be worth mentioning.
