Added short term trend to the monthly plots for chl_pp

  • plot_chl_pp

Note: with n >0 the test will run 12 times (once per month). This causes a slight delay in plot being rendered.

To test run with n = 15 (with n = 10, no trends are identified)

appears to be working. plotting monthly chl with n=15 identifies one short term trend in MAB Feb
