Enhancements for whole SFA/MF buildings

Future enhancements that build upon #1456:

• Shared/central systems @shorowit
  • Shared boilers Whole SFA/MF buildings: shared boilers #1599
• Common spaces (model as thermal zones) @yzhou601
• Address limitations for batteries, dehumidifiers, and GSHPs
• Unit-level outputs (at a minimum, energy use by fuel type for utility bill calculations)
• Detailed utility bill calculations (e.g., TOU and/or tiered) and central meters
• Prevent duplicate objects (e.g., schedules) across units for smaller files and maybe some performance gain
