gptcommit: patch Cargo.lock to fix compilation with rust 1.80

Patches Cargo.lock, bumping the time crate and its dependencies to be able to build gptcommit with rust 1.80.

Upstream cargo update PR: zurawiki/gptcommit#285. Still waiting for a response (2 months), so a patch is warranted.
