[Backport release-24.11] datadog-agent: 7.50.3 -> 7.56.2

Backport of #358927 since datadog-agent is marked broken in 24.11 currently.

Automatic backport failed because a refactor removing with lib; happened between 24.11 and the base PR, so this just applies the same change without that refactor.
