Where does it go?

The application can go anywhere, just for the love of god avoid putting it inside your noita folder or even worse your noita mods folder

How do I update it?

It updates automatically when you open the app

Do I need to remove previous versions of Noita Together?

Only if its version v0.1.28 and below which are not compatible with the new one

How do I disable progress?

In the mod settings in Noita, please see the Noita Together mod settings. Progress is ON by default

How do i chat

You chat by joining a room and using the chat box in the app only, the reason for no chatbox in game was because it took too much space and was overall inconvenient

The mod doesn't appear in my mod list

Something is preventing the app from downloading/writing the files to your noita mods folder (reason for which the app requires admin privileges)

My ready state stays as not ready after starting the game enabled while being in a room

The mod might not be running properly, check that your noita-together folder inside your mods has a bin folder with a file called pollws.dll if its not there your antivirus or something else might've prevented it from being downloaded (that is the library used for communicating with the app)

Can't connect to noita-together.unicast.link

Failing to connect to noita-together.unicast.link indicates you are still running the original 0.9.40 Soler91 release of Noita Together. Unfortunately, due to backend lobby server changes, that version no longer works. You will need to install the latest release to continue using Noita Together.

Noita Together cannot see my game / Other random issues

Ensure you have x86 VC++ https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170. If that does not work, file a bug here
