A few additions i need for a ulx addon i made.
In summary: serverside functions to manipulate the imposter selection and a hook called just before the game starts.
(one commit is from my other pull request #90)

Merged in 3ec6ef3, ad90fce has been dropped since it's out of the scope of this PR.
