Progress towards 0.4.0 release of cleantest. Related issues and work done is tracked in the 0.4.0 project board.

The milestone's main goal is to add more utilities, refactor how cleantest accesses the tmpdir on hosts, and multidistro support through LXD. Ideally, this will be the release that contains the initial tooling for bootstrapping mini-HPC clusters.
