  • Update repo template to 1.27. Outdated template was fixing node to version 14 raising issues with eslint
  • Update autoflake 'cause was raising issues with missing distutils module
  • Update flake8 'cause was raising "AttributeError: 'EntryPoints' object has no attribute 'get'"
  • Fix all pre-commit complaints after updating repo and pre-commit hooks

It was originally part of #3380 but @rousseldenis asked to move it apart.
