What kind of change does this PR introduce?
What is the current behavior?
Livestreams section is always shown for all categories on Home. The section only disappears when app gets no active livestreams for the category. For 1 second or so, the section is displayed and then disappears, causing like a visual glitch
What is the new behavior?
Section is only shown when there are active livestreams. It is also hide after a new category is selected and cycles repeats.
Other information
Progress bar has been removed from the layout as there is no enough time to show it
