Proposed changes

  • Image size optimisation
  • Change all projects to use poetry with automatic virtual environment management
  • Drop all requirements.txt files
  • Consolidate all collector inside a single poetry meta-project
  • Add IDEA run confs
  • Enable CI docker build step to all branch commits
