SYD is (could be) a C++ toolkit to help perform image processing tasks on an object-oriented database of medical images in the field of Target Radionuclide Therapy, nuclear medicine. It is primarily developed to manage SPECT/CT images and perform tasks such as computing activity or integrated activity in various ROIs.
