This template will configure an EVM parachain using Frontier, including the following features:

• Frontier pallets enabling EVM on substrate chains and allowing users to deploy smart contracts in Solidity with pallet_ethereum and pallet_evm.
• Integrate the template with the new Coretime feature coming to Polkadot and Kusama that will be used instead of parachain slots.
• XCM: Snowbridge, HydraDX
• Fees may be paid with the tokens from Snowbridge or any existing subset of tokens from AssetHub.
• Developer guide detailing migration of Solidity contracts from Ethereum mainnet to the EVM runtime template.
